We have one of the largest selections of dry and partially-air-dried redwood timbers, porch posts and beams in the business. The majority of our finely selected large redwood timbers are “free-of-heart-center” (F.O.H.C.) to provide you with less splitting and checking in normal use. We "baby" our redwood timbers. We protect them during the drying process with heavy end-waxing and cover-boards to help them dry evenly and without damage.

Our premium F.O.H.C. redwood timbers and beams are available in the grades Construction Heart redwood, Heart B redwood and Clear All Heart redwood to help meet any construction situation you might encounter. Standard sizes, full-sawn rough and custom sizes are available. Any redwood timber you order from us can be obtained mill-rough, surfaced or finely re-sawn on all four sides. Redwood is a beautiful wood, so it's ideal for highly visible applications such as porch posts and exposed beams.
